Hydrating Homemade Honey Avocado Mask

When your skin feels tight and dry, whip up a honey avocado mask to reap the benefits of fresh avocado oils and hydrating honey.

  • 2 t Honey
  • 1 small avocado or 1/2 large avocado

Skin the avocado and remove the seed. Mash until creamy and blend in the honey.

Slather on your face and decolletage, and lie back for 30 minutes. Rinse well with cool water and see how dewy your complexion is!

Honey Oatmeal Mask

  • 1/4 C Oatmeal (not quick-cooking)
  • 2 T Honey
  • 1 t Milk

Oatmeal for skin care can be used straight out of the container, but for best results run it through a clean coffee grinder until it's a finer consistency. Mix in the honey and milk.

Spread it on your face and allow to dry 30-45 minutes. When dry, press a damp washcloth over your face to soften the mixture and remove gently.

Mix together, leave on 15-20 minutes, rinse off with cool water and enjoy the glow!
